Citrus Kolsch
ABV 4.8%. Crisp and delicate, our Citrus Kolsch style ale is brewed with a blend of imported ingredients, citrus zest, and natural citrus flavors. A true hybrid style, this beer is fermented cold with a special yeast isolated from the city of Cologne, Germany from which the style originated. After fermentation, Citrus Kolsch undergoes an extended lagering period to produce an exceptionally crisp beer with a signature fruitiness, minerality, and citrus kick.ABV 4.8%.
